Four (4) weeks annually prorated from date of hire. Four (4) weeks maximum annual carryover.

All benefit eligible employees, who are principal caregivers for a newborn or newly adopted child may be granted up to eight (8) weeks of paid leave. A parent who is not the child-bearing parent and who is not the principal caregiver is entitled to take up to two (2) weeks of paid leave.
Up to five (5) days for bereavement leave for a member of your immediate family.
Up to three (3) days of additional leave for personal reasons, prorated based on hire date in first calendar year of employment. No carryover into the next calendar year.
Employee premiums are paid 100% by the Foundation. Coverage is available for eligible dependents and are deducted on a pre-tax basis. The Foundation pays 75% of the health premiums for family coverage. Domestic partner coverage is available. Coverage is effective the first day of employment. Both HMO and PPO enrollment options are available.

Employees and eligible dependents are eligible for vision discounts under both the medical insurance and dental insurance plans. Discounts on frames, lenses, and laser vision correction surgery.
Prescription drug 3-tier plan consists of generic, formulary/preferred brand, and non-formulary/non-preferred brand. No deductible required, low co-pay.
Tax Deferred Retirement
Immediate vesting in 403(b) plan where employees may receive up to 6% employer contribution of employee’s annual salary. Employee must contribute to receive employer contribution. Employees with significant supervisory responsibilities can set aside additional tax deferred contributions on a voluntary basis to a retirement fund.
Automatic deposit to up to three (3) different accounts. Earning statements and W-2s are viewable online via IPay paystatements.
Benefit eligible employees may join the United Nations Federal Credit Union. Services include savings, checking, and money market accounts; retirement planning; and loans at reasonable interest rates.
SunTrust At Work Program
Benefit eligible employees may open SunTrust fee free savings and interest bearing checking accounts.
The Foundation pays 100% of premium for Life and AD&D coverage for employees. The benefit is one times annual salary.
Employees may purchase up to $300,000 in additional voluntary life insurance through US Life. Rates are age and health based, may be subject to evidence of insurability.
Long-Term Care Insurance
The Foundation supplements up to $400 annually for benefit eligible employees to purchase an individual Long-Term Care Insurance Policy. Employee pays any remaining balance beyond the UNF/BWF contribution. Employee premiums are age and health– based.
The Foundation pays 100% of the premium for short-term disability (STD) coverage for employees. STD begins on the 15th consecutive day of disability and requires doctor’s certification. Coverage provides up to 66.67% of the employee’s salary up to a maximum of $10,000 per month for up to eleven (11) weeks.
The Foundation pays 100% of the premium for long-term disability (LTD) coverage for employees. LTD begins after ninety (90) days for either partial or total disability, and requires a doctor’s certification. Plan provides 60% of employee earnings up to a maximum of $10,000 per month.
Flexible Spending Accounts
This pre-tax benefit allows benefit eligible employees to set aside money by payroll deductions to pay for out-of-pocket health care, dependent care, and commuter parking expenses.
Health Club Discounts
Discounted rates are offered through YMCA and any Global Fitness or National Fitness Network facilities.
Employee Assistance Program
Life Works is an employer sponsored program that is a free confidential resource to help manage home, life and work demands. Assistance and support for a range of life issues is available 24 hours a day 365 days a year. Benefit eligible employees receive three (3) complimentary sessions.
