The world needs a new energy future.
U.S. energy policy of the past 30 years has failed to address the twin challenges of our dependence on oil and the threat of climate change. Past attempts to create a new energy strategy have failed because they have been too academic, too narrow, too sectoral or politically naïve. The Energy Future Coalition builds bridges between businesses, labor organizations and environmental groups for broad-based and non-partisan solutions. With grains in efficiency and greater use of solar, wind and biofuels, the coalition aims to ease a transition to a new energy economy.
We provide financial and strategic support to the Energy Future Coalition.
