Empowering Women and Girls

The UN Foundation’s Women and Population program has helped elevate the cause of adolescent girls on the international development agenda and delivered millions of dollars for girls health and livelihood programs.  We have helped strengthen the capacity of UNFPA, the UN Population Fund in such areas as commodities management, resource mobilization and HIV/AIDS prevention.   The stories below helped demonstrate our commitment to advancing reproductive health on behalf of economic development and social justice.
