The Better World Campaign (BWC) today announced the launch of its new website that reflects the strong and effective relationship between the United States and the United Nations.   The new BWC website utilizes new and innovative technologies to improve access to information and enable interactive communications.

“The Better World Campaign’s exciting new website will better serve our goal to strengthen the U.S.-UN relationship through outreach, communications, and advocacy,” said Peter Yeo, Executive Director of the Better World Campaign.  “BWC supporters are some of the most passionate and engaged activists for the UN, and this website offers a new online home for internationally-focused outreach and advocacy.”

Features will include rotating advocacy actions, briefs on today’s relevant policy issues, and information that will empower every American to stay “plugged-in” to the importance of a strong U.S.-UN relationship.

The Better World Campaign will also continue to maintain the robust United in Peacekeeping website (www.UnitedInPeacekeeping.com), launched in 2009, which highlights how active United Nations peacekeeping missions around the globe enhance American interests.  Today, over 116,000 UN peacekeepers serve in 15 missions around the world.

These two websites help BWC to connect Americans to the UN, and will advance national and global priorities through online advocacy.
