POST OF THE DAY
Panashe Chipikiri
South African Mother
Panashe Chipikiri, 23, mother of a three-month old baby girl, uses MAMA mobile messages to better care for herself and her baby. Panashe signed up to receive messages, that informed her about what supplies she needed, provided warning signs, and helped her throughout her pregnancy. “Sometimes we waste money for transport to go to the clinics but if you receive these messages it will be easy for you. And (you can learn) some of the things you can do for yourself in your house.”
