OFFICIAL RULES
“Your Turn to Get Exiled” Sweepstakes
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN A PRIZE. VOID IN PUERTO RICO AND WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.
1. ENTRY PERIOD: The “Your Turn to Get Exiled” Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) commences on November 3, 2008 at 12:00:01 AM (ET) and ends on December 31, 2008 at 11:59:59 PM (ET) (the “Entry Period”). Entry in the Sweepstakes does not constitute entry into any other promotion, contest or sweepstakes.
2. ACCEPTANCE OF THE OFFICIAL RULES: By participating in the Sweepstakes, each Entrant (as defined herein) unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor (as defined herein), which shall be final and binding in all respects. Whether an Entrant receives a Prize (as defined herein) is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
3. ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least fourteen (14) years of age at time of entry and have a valid e-mail address and Internet access at the time of entry (each person entering, an “Entrant”). Void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited or restricted by law. Entrants must not be, at any time during the Entry Period or at time of Prize fulfillment and acceptance, a party to any agreement with any third party that might materially interfere with Entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes and/or acceptance of the Prize awarded. Entrants who are not yet at the age of majority in the jurisdiction in which they reside will be required to obtain parental or legal guardian consent to be eligible to enter the Sweepstakes. Officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives and their immediate families (i.e., parents, spouse, children, siblings, grandparents, step parents, step children and step siblings, and those living in the same of household of each such individuals) of the United Nations Foundation, Inc. (“UNF” or “Sponsor”), MTV Networks, a division of Viacom International Inc. (“MTVN”) and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries and other affiliated companies, participating advertising and promotion agencies and third party fulfillment agencies are not eligible. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any Entrant who is ineligible under these Official Rules.
4. HOW TO ENTER: No Purchase is necessary to enter the Sweepstakes. Odds of winning depend on the number of Eligible Entries received. During the Entry Period, potential Entrants must complete an online entry form (the “Entry Form”). To enter, (i) Go to www.unfoundation.org/exiled or www.unfoundation.org/exiled-sweepstakes (the “UNF Site”), a web site owned and controlled by UNF, at any time during the Entry Period, to register your entry, (ii) select the “Your Turn to Get Exiled” Sweepstakes and (iii) click “Submit” to enter the Sweepstakes. A complete entry for the MTVN Prize (as defined herein) will include submission of (1) a valid name (2) a valid address (3) a valid e-mail address, and (4) a completed e-Card sent to at least one (1) friend. A complete entry for the Grand Prize (as defined herein) will include submission of (1) a valid name (2) a valid address (3) a valid e-mail address, and (4) a completed e-Card sent to at least one (1) friend. By successfully submitting a completed online entry form as directed, the Entrant will be entered in the Sweepstakes. Entrants must fully complete and submit all non-optional data requested on the online entry form to be eligible. Incomplete, unreadable, or unintelligible entries are void and will be disqualified. An Entrant will be entered with the potential to win either the MTVN Prize or the Grand Prize, unless the Entrant de-selects or “opts-out” of either of such Prizes in the event Entrant is not interested in either Prize or is solely interested in the other. Opting out of one Prize will not increase an Entrant’s chances to win the other Prize.
All entries must be received by the end of the Entry Period. In case of multiple entries received from any person or email address, only the first entry received from such person or email address will be considered. Each Entrant must be the rightful owner (or have authorized use) of the email account utilized in the entry. In the event of a dispute as to the identity or eligibility of a winner based on an email address, the Authorized Account Holder of the email address used to participate in the Sweepstakes at the actual time of entry will be deemed to be the Entrant. The “Authorized Account Holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization (e.g. business, education institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email address for the domain associated with the submitted email address.
All entries submitted in accordance with these Official Rules shall be hereinafter referred to as the “Eligible Entries”. Incomplete, unreadable, unintelligible or inaccurate entries are void and will be disqualified.
5. WINNER SELECTION; WINNER NOTIFICATION: One (1) winner will receive the Grand Prize (as described below) and an additional winner will receive the MTVN Prize (as described below). The winner of the Grand Prize and the winner of the MTVN Prize shall be referred to herein individually as a “Winner” and collectively as the “Winners”. The Winners will be randomly selected from among all Eligible Entries received during the Entry Period. Two (2) random drawings will be conducted by Sponsor on or about January 4,, 2009 using randomization methods selected in its sole and absolute discretion. The potential Winners will be notified via phone, e-mail or postal mail, at Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion on or about January 31, 2009. Sponsor will make up to three (3) attempts over the 48-hour period following potential Winner selection to contact the potential Winners. Neither Sponsor nor MTVN shall have any liability for any prize notification that is lost, intercepted or not received by a potential Winner for any reason. If a potential Winner cannot be reached during the 48-hour notification period (no messages will be left on answering machines or voicemail systems in the event Sponsor attempts to notify the potential Winner by phone), or if the prize or prize notification is returned as unclaimed or undeliverable to such potential Winner, such potential Winner will be disqualified, forfeit his or her prize and an alternate Winner may be randomly selected from among all remaining eligible entries. If any potential Winner is found to be ineligible, or if he or she has not complied with these Official Rules or declines a Prize for any reason prior to award, such potential Winner will be disqualified and an alternate may be randomly selected from among all remaining Eligible Entries. Sponsor may successively attempt to contact up to two (2) potential Winners in accordance with the foregoing procedure, and if there is still no confirmed winner of the Prize after such attempts have been made, if any, the Prize may go un-awarded. To the extent permitted by law, the Sponsor disclaims any liability from, and Entrants, whether or not Winners, agree to waive, any claims against the Sponsor relating to the winner determination and notification process. The Sponsor reserves the right to delay the announcement of the Winners in its sole and absolute discretion.
6. WINNER VERIFICATION: The potential Winner (his/her parent/legal guardian if the potential Winner is a resident of a jurisdiction that deems him/her to be a minor) must prove eligibility, including, without limitation, proof of age and residence within two (2) days of being notified as a potential Winner. In the event of non-compliance by the potential Winner, such potential Winner shall be disqualified and all privileges otherwise due as a Winner shall be terminated and an alternative potential Winner may be chosen from among the remaining Eligible Entries received in Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion. Each Winner (or, if a minor in the jurisdiction in which he/she resides, his/her parent or legal guardian) may be required by Sponsor, at Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion, within seven (7) days following the date of first attempted notification, to sign and return: (a) an Affidavit of Eligibility; (b) a liability release of the Sponsor and MTVN and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries and other affiliated companies, participating advertising and promotion agencies and third party fulfillment agencies and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents and members (collectively the “Released Parties”), from any and all liability, loss, claims, demands, and causes of action for personal injury and/or damage, theft, loss, or any other harm suffered in connection with this Sweepstakes or the use/misuse or acceptance of any Prizes or any portion thereof, and for any claims based on publicity rights, defamation, invasion of privacy, copyright infringement, trademark infringement or any other intellectual property related cause of action, and (c) where legally permissible, a publicity release granting Sponsor, MTVN and their affiliated companies the right to use their name and likeness for advertising and publicity purposes without additional compensation Each Winner (or, if a minor in the jurisdiction in which he/she resides, his/her legal guardian) also must acknowledge that neither Sponsor nor MTVN have obtained or will obtain or provide insurance of any kind relating to the Prizes and the Winner will be responsible for obtaining and paying for any form of insurance relating to the Prizes. Each Winner (or, if a minor, his/her parent or legal guardian) must also complete any additional legal documents provided by Sponsor and/or MTVN (or third party on their behalf, if applicable) with respect to the Prizes and return them as instructed within the time frame specified by Sponsor or Winner may be disqualified from the Sweepstakes in Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion. Time is of the essence in awarding the Prizes and entry into this Sweepstakes constitutes Entrant’s agreement to sign all documents as described in these Official Rules and failure to comply with any of the deadlines in this Paragraph 6 or otherwise in these Official Rules may result in forfeiture of the Prizes and selection of an alternate Winner. Neither Sponsor nor MTVN shall have any responsibility or obligation to a Winner or potential Winner who is unable to or unavailable to accept or utilize the Prizes as described herein.
7. PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES: The Grand Prize and the MTVN Prize shall be referred to herein individually as a “Prize” and collectively as the “Prizes”.
Grand Prize: The Winner of the Grand Prize will receive an observation trip for Winner and his or her guest (the guest must be the parent or legal guardian of the Winner, if the Winner is a minor) with the UN Foundation’s Nothing But Nets campaign to a destination in Africa selected by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion (the “Destination”). The trip is scheduled to take place during the year of 2009, subject to change in Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion. The trip package includes: (i) round-trip coach air transportation for Winner and his or her guest which shall originate from the major airport nearest Winner’s residence to the Destination, (ii) hotel accommodations for Winner and his or her guest (one room, double occupancy) for three (3) nights (meals, telephone calls, tips and other incidentals and costs are not included) and (iii) round trip ground transportation to the Destination (the “Grand Prize”). If the Winner or his or her guest does not reside near one of the departure cities noted, Winner and/or his or her guest will be responsible for securing their own transportation to those departure cities. Unless otherwise provided in these Official Rules, the Winner is responsible for all federal, state and local taxes, food, beverages, additional hotel amenities, fees, gratuities, and any other costs and expenses incurred while on the trip. All air travel and accommodations are strictly subject to availability. Tickets are nonrefundable, nontransferable, and are not redeemable for cash or credit at any time, nor will tickets be replaced if lost or stolen. Airline tickets may not be valid for upgrades and/or frequent flyer miles. Other restrictions and black out dates may apply. The Grand Prize cannot be exchanged for cash or changed in any way. Tickets may not be sold to a third party. All air transportation tickets are subject to the vagaries of flight variation, work stoppages and schedule or route changes. In the event the Winner and/or his or her guest engage in behavior that (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) is obnoxious or threatening, illegal or that is intended to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, or threatens or harms the reputation of Sponsor or the nature, structure, condition or integrity of the Destination, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate the trip and send the Winner and/or his or her guest home with no further compensation. Sponsor will structure the travel route in its sole discretion, subject to any restrictions and black out dates that may apply. The Winner must be available to travel internationally in 2009, otherwise the Grand Prize will be forfeited and an alternative Winner will be chosen. Sponsor shall not be responsible for any cancellations, delays, diversions or substitutions or any act or omissions whatsoever by the air carriers, hotels or other transportation companies or any other persons providing any of these services and accommodations necessitated by same. Sponsor shall not be liable for any loss or damage to baggage. The approximate retail value of the Grand Prize is $7,000.00 USD.
MTVN Prize: The MTVN Prize Winner and his or her guest (the guest must be the parent or legal guardian of the Winner, if the Winner is a minor) will receive a trip to attend the 2009 MTV Movie Awards (the “Event”) currently scheduled to take place in a city to be determined, in MTVN’s sole discretion (the “City”) on or around June 2009, but subject to change, in MTVN’s sole discretion (the “Event Date”). The Winner must be available to attend the Event in the City on the Event Date, or the Prize will be forfeited and an alternative Winner will be chosen by Sponsor. The trip includes: (i) round-trip coach air transportation for Winner and his or her guest which shall originate from the major airport nearest Winner’s residence to City, (ii) hotel accommodations for Winner and his or her guest (one room, double occupancy) for two nights (meals, telephone calls, tips and other incidentals and costs are not included) and (iii) round trip ground transportation to the Event (the “MTVN Prize”). If the Winner or his or her guest does not reside near one of the departure cities noted, Winner and/or his or her guest will be responsible for securing their own transportation to those departure cities. Unless otherwise provided in these Official Rules, the Winner is responsible for all federal, state and local taxes, food, beverages, additional hotel amenities, fees, gratuities, and any other costs and expenses incurred while on the trip. All air travel and accommodations are strictly subject to availability. Tickets are nonrefundable, nontransferable, and are not redeemable for cash or credit at any time, nor will tickets be replaced if lost or stolen. Airline tickets may not be valid for upgrades and/or frequent flyer miles. Other restrictions and black out dates may apply. In the event the Event is cancelled or postponed for any reason, MTVN and Sponsor reserve the right to modify the Sweepstakes in their sole discretion and award a substitute prize of comparable or greater value, which may include, but is not limited to, a cash prize equivalent to the approximate retail value of the MTVN Prize. Tickets may not be sold to a third party. All air transportation tickets are subject to the vagaries of flight variation, work stoppages and schedule or route changes. In the event the Winner and/or his or her guest engage in behavior that (as determined by Sponsor and MTVN in their sole discretion) is obnoxious or threatening, illegal or that is intended to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, or threatens or harms the reputation of Sponsor, MTVN or the nature of the Event or any structure related thereto, Sponsor and MTVN reserve the right to terminate the trip and send the Winner and/or his or her travel companion(s) home with no further compensation. MTVN will structure the travel route in its sole discretion, subject to any restrictions and black out dates that may apply. Neither Sponsor nor MTVN shall not be responsible for any cancellations, delays, diversions or substitutions or any act or omissions whatsoever by the air carriers, hotels or other transportation companies or any other persons providing any of these services and accommodations necessitated by same. Neither Sponsor nor MTVN shall be liable for any loss or damage to baggage. The approximate retail value of the MTVN Prize is $4,000.00 USD.
General Prize Conditions. All details and other restrictions of prizes not specified in these Official Rules will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any Sweepstakes promotional materials and the terms and conditions of these Official Rules, these Official Rules shall prevail and govern. The value of the Prize may be taxable to the Winner as income. The Winner must supply Sponsor with his/her social security number for tax purposes. An IRS Form 1099 will be issued by Sponsor in the name of the Winner for the actual value of the Prize received. The Winner shall be solely responsible for all federal, state, provincial and/or local taxes (including income and withholding taxes), and the reporting consequences thereof, and for any other fees or costs associated with the applicable prize. Upon entry into the Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to comply with any and all applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules, and regulations.
8. ENTRIES: Limit (1) one entry per person and per e-mail address for the Sweepstakes. Entries using macro, robotic, script or other forms of automatic entry will be disqualified. Entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. Proof of submission does not constitute proof of receipt.
9. GENERAL TERMS: Noncompliance with any of these Official Rules may result at any time in disqualification. ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY THE WINNERS OR ANY BEHAVIOR BY THE WINNERS THAT WILL BRING SUCH WINNERS, SPONSOR OR MTVN INTO DISREPUTE (IN SPONSOR AND MTVN’S’ SOLE AND ABSOLUTE DISCRETION) WILL RESULT IN SUCH WINNER’S DISQUALIFICATION AS A WINNER OF THE SWEEPSTAKES AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS A WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.
Expenses not specifically included in Prize description and all taxes are the sole responsibility of the Winner. Each Prize is awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied, including without limitation, such Prize’s quality or fitness for a particular purpose, outside of any manufacturer's limited warranty. No transfer, assignment or substitution of a Prize permitted, except Sponsor reserves the right to substitute Prize for an item of equal or greater value in the event an advertised Prize is unavailable. All federal, state, provincial and local laws and regulations apply. By participating in this Sweepstakes, Entrants agree (a) to be bound by the terms of these Official Rules and by the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding on all matters pertaining to this Sweepstakes, (b) to release and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any and all claims, injury or damage arising out of or relating to participation in this Sweepstakes and/or the use or misuse or redemption of a Prize and for any claim based on publicity rights, defamation, invasion of privacy, copyright infringement, trademark infringement or any other intellectual property related cause and (c) acknowledge compliance with these Official Rules. Acceptance of the Prize constitutes permission for Sponsor and MTVN and their respective agencies to use Winner’s name and/or likeness, biographical material and/or entry (including an altered form of the entry) for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. By accepting any Prize, Winner agrees to hold Released Parties harmless for any injury or damage caused or claimed to be caused by participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance or use of any Prize. Sponsor is not responsible for any printing, typographical, mechanical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the Sweepstakes or in the announcement of the Prizes or Winners. The Released Parties assume no responsibility for any damage to a Entrant’s computer system which is occasioned by accessing the Sweepstakes Page or participating in the Sweepstakes, or for any computer system, phone line, hardware, software or program malfunctions, or other errors, failures, delayed computer transmissions or network connections including without limitation, those that are human or technical in nature. If, for any reason, in the exclusive judgment of the Sponsor, the Sweepstakes becomes compromised in any way, Sponsor reserves the right to cancel the Sweepstakes or any method of entry to void any entries submitted fraudulently and/or select Winner from among all non-suspect eligible entries received prior to act that compromised the Sweepstakes. In the event Sponsor or MTVN are prevented from awarding any Prize or running the Sweepstakes as planned by any event, including, without limitation, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor or MTVN, as applicable, which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes , fire, flood, natural or man-made epidemic of health of other means, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, terrorist threat or activity, war (declared or undeclared) or any federal state or local government law, order, or regulation, public health crisis (e.g. SARS), order of any court or jurisdiction, or other cause not within the control of Sponsor (each a “Force Majeure” event or occurrence), then subject to any governmental approval which may be required, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes. Should the Sweepstakes be terminated prior to the stated expiration date, notice will be posted on the Sweepstakes Page. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Sponsor reserves the right, exercisable in its sole and absolute discretion, to award the Prizes to Winners selected from among all Eligible Entries received up until and/or after (if applicable) the time of such modification, cancellation or termination. All interpretations of these Official Rules and decisions by Sponsor are final. Sponsor reserves the right, exercisable in its sole and absolute discretion, to disqualify any individual they suspect or find: (i) to have used a software-generated, robotic, programmed, script, macro or other automated online or text message entry; (ii) to have tampered with the entry process or the operation of this Sweepstakes: (iii) to be acting in violation of these Official Rules; (iv) to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person; or (v) to have provide inaccurate information on any legal documents submitted in connection with this Sweepstakes. Entrants agree to indemnify and hold harmless Released Parties from any and all liability resulting or arising from the Sweepstakes, to release all rights to bring any claim, action or proceeding against the Released Parties, and hereby acknowledge that Released Parties have neither made nor is in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the Prizes. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these rules shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
Entrants hereby agree to submit their entries under the following terms and conditions: (a) that Sponsors may use any ideas, concepts, material, in whole or in part, contained in an entry, (b) that all physical materials submitted become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned; (c) that all materials submitted are free from any lien or claim by anyone, including, but not limited to any union, guild or performance rights society; (d) Entrants have obtained all rights, permissions and licenses necessary for Sponsor to use the entries for any purpose; (e) that no entry or any part thereof infringes any trademark or copyright or otherwise violates anyone’s right of privacy or publicity; and (f) Entrants indemnify and hold harmless Released Parties from any claims, suits, losses damages and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) that arise from any breach of the foregoing conditions. Entrants agree to the foregoing and in addition agree to obtain, upon request of Sponsor, any documentation and releases necessary to prove their unrestricted ownership in all materials submitted pursuant to this Sweepstakes and Sponsor’s’ right to use such materials, in whole or in part, without limitation in all media and for any purpose whatsoever without compensation.
10. INTERNET: No software-generated, robotic, programmed, script, macro or other automated online or text message entries are permitted. Sponsor is not responsible for electronic transmission errors resulting in omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions or limitations of any kind, or inaccurate transmissions of or failure to receive entry information by Sponsor or presenter on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Web site or any combination thereof or by any human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in this Sweepstakes. If for any reason the Internet portion of the program is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole and absolute discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right, exercisable in its sole and absolute discretion, to select Winners from Eligible Entries received as of the termination date. Sponsor further reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process. Sponsor may prohibit an Entrant from participating in the Sweepstakes if it determines that said Entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes by cheating, hacking, deception or other unfair playing practices or intending to abuse, threaten or harass other Entrants. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY A PARTICIPANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PARTICIPANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW.
11. DISPUTES/CHOICE OF LAW: Except where prohibited by law, each Entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any Prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by state or federal courts situated in New York, New York and EACH ENTRANT WAIVES ANY AND ALL OBJECTIONS TO JURISDICTION AND VENUE IN THESE COURTS AND HEREBY SUBMITS TO THE JURISDICTION OF THOSE COURTS., (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (3) no punitive, incidental, special, consequential or other damages, including without limitation lost profits may be awarded (collectively, "Special Damages"), and (4) Entrant hereby waives all rights to claim Special Damages and all rights to have such damages multiplied or increased. New York State law, without reference to New York’s choice of law rules, governs the Sweepstakes and all aspects related thereto.
12. SPONSOR / PRIZE PROVIDER: The sponsor of the Sweepstakes is the United Nations Foundation., 1800 Massachusetts Ave, NW Washington, DC 20036. MTV Networks, a division of Viacom International Inc., 1515 Broadway, New York, NY 10036 is only a prize provider under, and not a sponsor of, the Sweepstakes.

REQUEST FOR NAME OF THE WINNERS AND OFFICIAL RULES: To obtain a copy of the winners list, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to the “Your Turn to Get Exiled” Winners List, 1800 Massachusetts Avenue NW, 4th Floor, Washington, D.C. 20036 All such requests must be received no later than six (6) weeks after the end of the Entry Period. These Official Rules will be posted on the Sweepstakes Page during the Entry Period and for six (6) weeks thereafter.
