Review of Program Interventions for Young Women’s Labor Participation

This analytical study assesses the most recent international data on gender gaps in youth employment, reviews the evidence on recent employment programs for young women, and synthesizes lessons learned in order to identify interventions that are proven to be effective or promising in different contexts and for different types of young women.
