Stop TB Partnership
Every year nine million people become ill with tuberculosis and nearly 5000 people die every day. Yet tuberculosis is curable through six months of treatment with inexpensive drugs.
Many people who need the drugs are unable to get them. And without rapid treatment people with tuberculosis can spread it to others.
The Stop TB Partnership provides free anti-tuberculosis drugs and advice on their use to countries that could otherwise not afford them through its Global Drug Facility.
$20 will buy one full treatment for tuberculosis and can save a life. Every contribution makes a difference. Contributions to the UN Foundation, a 501(c)(3) public charity, are tax deductible for U.S. donors. To donate, click here.
Help the Stop TB Partnership prevent unnecessary deaths from tuberculosis and stop its spread.
