Renee Traynor joined the United Nations Foundation in August 2011 as the Online Communications Associate for UNA-USA. Prior to joining our team and moving to DC, Renee worked as an online journalist for The Hartford Courant in Connecticut, where she handled breaking news and politics content for courant.com. Renee was also a freelance writer for ctnow.com and metromix.com.
Renee received her bachelor’s degree in Journalism from Quinnipiac University in 2007.
Fun Fact: Renee spent a semester in Limerick, Ireland, where she learned how great Munster Rugby is.
