Prior to joining the UN Foundation, Maggie served as Senior Manager, Community Relations at the National Basketball Association. In this role, Maggie managed the NBA's cause marketing platforms, league programs, and corporate & community partnerships. Maggie began her career in community relations at the Atlanta Braves. Maggie graduated from James Madison University. When not working, Maggie enjoys spending time with her young family.

Giving Thanks for the Little Big Things
Three weeks ago, as hurricane Sandy was hitting the east coast, I was on my way back from Uganda after what was an incredible journey with nine Shot@Life delegates to see the impact of life-saving vaccines around the world. But after over a week away from home, all I could think about was getting back in time to see my kids dressed up in their Halloween costumes and experience one of my favorite childhood milestones with them.
