Update from Mozambique

 In February 2008, four weeks of heavy flooding had affected nearly 300,000 people, crowding temporary camps created for internally displaced people. TSF deployed at request of the UN Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) and opened 3 satellite-based communication centres that within 1 month assisted 90% of aid agencies on the ground.
