The Obama Administration has said it wants 25 percent of all of the country's energy needs to come from "clean" energy sources by 2025. This might mean an overhaul of our current electrical grid. Reid Detchon, Executive Director for Energy Climate of the United Nations Foundation, talks about what this might mean for the Energy Department.
